Sunday Adult Formation Our next book study for Sunday formation is: The Return of the Prodigal Son by Henri Nouwen. As Nouwen reflects on Rembrandt’s painting in light of his own life journey, he evokes a powerful drama of the classic parable in a rich, captivating way that is sure to reverberate in the hearts of readers. The themes of homecoming, affirmation, and reconciliation will be newly discovered by all who have known loneliness, dejection, jealousy, or anger. The challenge to love as God loves, and to be loved as God’s beloved, will be seen as the ultimate revelation of this parable known to Christians throughout time. Please join us on 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30 at 8:50am for wonderful discussions.

Wednesday Adult Formation Class. Join the adult formation group Wednesday nights, beginning March 12th at 6:00pm in the parish hall as Fr. Seth leads a class on St. Ignatius’ Discernment of Spirits. To “discern” means to try and figure out what God wants us to do. How do we know? How do we find out? It’s not always easy. Fortunately, St. Ignatius of Loyola offers time-tested guidelines for making good decisions. These guidelines help us discover what God is calling us to do in both the big and small choices of our lives.
