Dear Fellow Parishioners,
To expedite how the church receives revenue through pledge and gifts, we would like to encourage you to make your pledge and gift payments using Preauthorized Automatic Bank Withdrawals (ACH Debit). This method of contributing has been implemented successfully here and in most large churches and has become widely accepted over the past few years. It has proven to be safe, efficient, and helpful to sound church budgeting as contribution levels are more consistent from month to month.
Our church Treasurers and bookkeeper have been trained to facilitate this by the Whitney Bank. A number of you are already doing it. Be assured that this is a very secure process and your church contribution account will be handled with the same care and privacy as in the past.
We hope you are interested, and that you will fill out the form on the bottom of this page and turn it in to the church office. We will notify you by the email address you provide to us when your Automatic Draft has been processed. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, please provide your phone number as well. This may take a few weeks, so in the meantime, please continue to make your pledge payments as you normally would.
If you decide to change your periodic contribution amount, or if you need to terminate the arrangement, you can do so at any time. Your request for change will be handled in a timely manner.
