Community Partner: Just Love Your Neighbor
September 30th • 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 Noon
Meet in Carnation Street Park at 8:30 to begin clean up at 9 a.m.

Did you know that significant litter in neighborhoods can affect the mental health of the residents, leaving them feeling depressed and without hope? In fact, excess litter can actually create a domino effect and encourage more littering in a community.

We are partnering with JUST LOVE to love our neighbors by cleaning up their Abita Nursery Subdivision. Keep Abita Beautiful will be providing a dumpster, safety vests, trashbags and supplies for us at the park. After we will enjoy lunch and music by Crispin Schroeder with the community in the park.
